At Levi's India Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Request
Log in to your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.
Pack the Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags, labels, and the invoice are included inside the parcel.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours for a quality check and pickup of the return package.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
